What's better than a private gift to UC San Diego? A private gift with even more impact! You can double or triple your gift to the campus—at no extra cost to you.

You may not be aware that many companies will match their employees' (and sometimes even employee spouses') donations to nonprofit organizations—including universities—to significantly expand the value of an individual's charitable gift.

Thanks to generous donors and the philanthropy of their employers, nearly $300,000 was directed to UC San Diego through employer matching gift programs during the fiscal year 2007-08.
