Yet, we simply could not do all of this without your support. Today, just 6.6 percent of UC San Diego’s total revenues come from the State of California funds for education. Private gifts are essential to maintaining the university’s academic excellence, accessibility and affordability.
The Parents Innovation Fund at UC San Diego, created specifically to enhance the student experience, helps strengthen academic enrichment and Student Affairs programming by providing a flexible pool of dollars to fund campus-wide initiatives. From tutorial services and leadership programs to special guest lectures and undergraduate scholarships, gifts to the Parents Innovation Fund directly impact the educational opportunities available to our students.
