In July 2000, UCSD launched the most ambitious fundraising effort in the history of our university. The goal is to raise $1 billion to support students and faculty, expand academic programs, fund research endeavors and strengthen funds to meet the highest priority needs.

Today, 90,000 donors and $900 million later, The Campaign for UCSD: Imagine What’s Next is in its final year. As we approach our goal, we look to UCSD’s outstanding faculty and staff to help take us over the top before the campaign concludes in June 2007.
